What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)?

All sessions are online

You don’t need to travel, dress up, or make space for small talk in a waiting room. These sessions take place online, from wherever you feel most at ease. That might be your sofa, a quiet corner, or even your bed.

Being in your own environment helps your nervous system feel safer, which makes the work even more effective, you don’t have to leave home to start coming home to yourself.


What a session looks like

Each session is around 60 minutes and tailored to you.

We begin with a check-in, gently explore what’s coming up for you, and use tools such as guided hypnosis, thought inquiry, and subconscious dialogue. You’ll always be aware, in control, and supported throughout. This isn’t a quick fix, but it is powerful, deeply personal work that creates real shifts over time.

You don’t need to have it all figured out

You don’t need to know what to say, or need to be at your worst, you don’t even need to be sure that this will help. You just need to be open & curious to the possibility that something could be different & that you don’t have to figure it out alone.
